Breakfast Pizza

A very filling and satisfying breakfast that children also love!

Method

Preheat oven to 180°C

In a bowl mix all the ingredients. Spread onto your

pre greased baking tray you may want to line with

parchment paper so the base doesn’t stick, shape in a

circle like a pizza base and pop in oven for 15 mins.

Keep checking your oven may take less time. Let it

cool before removing onto a plate. Spread with a

layer of peanut butter, yoghurt and fruit. If you don’t

like peanut butter it is fine to leave it out.

Ingredients

  • 60g oats

  • 30g peanut butter

  • ½ teaspoon of cinnamon (optional)

  • 100g fat free Greek yoghurt

  • Half teaspoon of cinnamon

  • 7 ml of honey

  • 2 small bananas mashed

  • 2 tablespoons of blueberries

  • 2 large strawberries sliced

  • Spray oil to grease
