I’d like to start by saying a big thank you for your support and for buying my little recipe book, this may be your second purchase of my books so a very big heart felt thank you from me. Just like my first book this book is filled with delicious, nutritious and healthy food and I have added a sweet treat section with low calorie easy made treats to keep you on track.

You don’t need to be on a diet to enjoy this book although it is extremely helpful with calorie counting as I have all the meals worked out to their calorie value to make it easier for you.

I know what it is like to “diet” it can be very boring, but with the help of this book I really hope you don’t find your meal choice boring. Calorie counting has helped me lose 5 stone and keep it off, so believe me when I say if I can do it anyone can.
