Ingredients
1 packet of sugar free jelly
30g of ready brek or blended oats
200g of fat free Greek yoghurt
1 scoop of whey protein , Any flavour will do I love vanilla . This ingredient is optional but will higher the protein content of the dish
10g of drizzle peanut butter
Any fruit choice to top , I used chopped strawberries š
5g of desiccated coconut
Method
For the base
Make your jelly as instructed on pack.
In a ceramic /Pyrex dish add your ready brek and whisk in the jelly . Place in the fridge for a few hours or overnight to set.
Once set you want to top it . Mix the Greek yoghurt and protein powder together till smooth , if you want it sweeter add in a few drops of calorie free sweeter.
Spread the yoghurt mix with a spoon over the jelly base , then top with your fruit , peanut butter and coconut
