Its that time of year again when there is a demand for weight loss solutions. My recipe book is filled with fresh meals, all calorie counted and with great tasting food the whole family can enjoy.

Chicken pitta pocket pizza
serves 1
ingredients
1 round pitta pocket
30g of low fat cheese
40g cooked chicken breast
15g of tomato puree
1/4 of red yellow pepper
1/4 teaspoon of mixed herbs
Method
Preheat the grill
Stir the mixed herbs in with the tomato pure then spread the mix over the pitta pocket. add on the peppers and chicken and sprinkle over the cheese. place under the grill till the cheese is bubbling. if you have time you can fry off the peppers before layering them on.
This is a dish my children love and that they can top themselves . very easy made and tastes great
